Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, training team members, and supporting overall sales management initiatives to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving business goals
• Experience in closing deals and achieving targets
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous
