Job Title: Sales Executive – Energy Storage Solutions


Sales Executive


innovative solutions combining inverters, batteries, solar hybrid systems, IoT/AI integration, and modern aesthetics

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and provide technical guidance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and support customer needs.
  • Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in assigned regions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and market developments.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or B.Tech required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in

    power backup, energy storage, solar, or related industries

    is preferred.
  • Proven track record in

    B2B and B2C sales

    , with strong account management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and convey value to clients effectively.
