Job Title: Sales Executive – Energy Storage Solutions

Sales Executive

innovative solutions combining inverters, batteries, solar hybrid systems, IoT/AI integration, and modern aesthetics

driving revenue

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and provide technical guidance.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and support customer needs.
Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in assigned regions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and market developments.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or B.Tech required.
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
Prior experience in
power backup, energy storage, solar, or related industries
is preferred.
Proven track record in
B2B and B2C sales

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and convey value to clients effectively.
