Job description Job description Regional Head- Business Development - Solar EPC -Residential projects(PM Surya ghar yojna) Company: Spectra Solar Location: Gurugram About the Role: Spectra Solar Power is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Head(Project Sales) specializing in Solar EPC projects for the residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with strong expertise in solar energy solutions, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential sectors under pm surya ghar yojna for Solar EPC projects. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their energy needs and proposing tailored solar solutions. Develop channel partners and generate leads from them. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the solar industry. Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, pipeline, and market feedback. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the solar industry, with a focus on EPC projects. Strong understanding of solar energy systems and solutions for residential clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
