Regional Head- Solar EPC

As the Regional Head - Business Development at Spectra Solar, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue targets focusing on Solar EPC projects for residential sectors under the PM Surya Ghar Yojna. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients to provide tailored solar solutions. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing channel partners, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, preparing compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing regular updates to management on sales progress and market feedback. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the solar industry. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of solar energy systems, excellent communication and presentation skills, proven ability to meet sales targets, and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Being self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently are essential qualities for success in this position.
