As a Regional Head of Business Development focusing on Solar EPC projects for industrial and commercial sectors at Spectra Solar, based in Gurugram, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and sales growth. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in the solar industry, especially in EPC projects, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with potential clients while maintaining strong relationships and understanding their specific energy requirements. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets, conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, preparing persuasive proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing regular updates to the management regarding sales progress and market feedback. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Moreover, having a robust background in business development, sales, or project management within the solar sector is crucial. Your proficiency in solar energy systems and solutions for industrial and commercial clients, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, will be vital to your success.
