Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between ambitious learners and transformative career opportunities. You’ll counsel prospective students, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right program, ensuring a smooth and impactful onboarding journey.

Beyond just sales, this role involves building trust, shaping learner experiences, and directly contributing to our mission of creating future-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners to understand their aspirations and recommend suitable programs.

• Counsel and guide candidates through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

• Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating Digiaccel’s and Altera’s value proposition.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and communication teams to refine outreach and learner engagement strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, track the sales pipeline, and provide insights for process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3+ years of experience in sales, counselling, education or customer-facing roles.

• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

• A consultative approach with the ability to build trust and guide learners in their career decisions.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to a growing, mission-driven team.
