Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Duties also include conducting training sessions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is must
