Sales Specialist

• Greet and assist customers by learning their preferences and vehicle details
• Provide informed, enthusiastic product recommendations
• Educate customers on product features, fitment, and benefits
• Actively promote add‑ons and upsell premium accessories
• Process orders, payments, and handle customer inquiries smoothly
• Maintain showroom & Inventory management
• Meet/exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build customer loyalty through follow‑ups and relationship‑building

Education & Field of Study:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma

  in Business, Marketing, Sales, Automotive Management, or a related field
• Relevant coursework in customer relations, retail operations, or car history is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum

  1–3 years

  in retail, direct sales, or automotive parts/accessories
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive customer satisfaction

Skills & Personal Qualities:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
