Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities such as engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property buying or selling process. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting property presentations, collaborating with the marketing team for promotional activities, and staying updated with market trends.

• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and presentations
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of property management and real estate market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Local knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
