Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and executing effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting real estate solutions, conducting training sessions for clients on market awareness, and managing sales activities to achieve targets. The specialist will also deliver market insights to customers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for colleagues or clients, enhancing skills and knowledge
• Strong problem-solving abilities and market awareness
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
