Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, creating marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, tracking sales leads, and analyzing market trends. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create compelling presentations and generate new business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nasik.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, upselling, and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
• Digital marketing expertise, including data analysis, social media campaigns, and online branding
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
