Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Raipur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting sales presentations, providing customer service, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the training department to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training and developing sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur
• Experience in the manufacturing or cable industry is a plus
