Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial client contact to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process. The Sales Specialist will also participate in sales training and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor new sales employees
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Pune is a plus
