esponsibilities

  • Respond promptly to any issues that impact sales directly.
  • Oversee the growth of assigned markets and client accounts.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management and investors.
  • Manage client relations effectively.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries on time.
  • Understand and address client requirements and feedback.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and present relevant business proposals.
  • Identify and pursue prospective sales leads.
  • Recognize and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Update and maintain customer records accurately.


  • Requirements

    Candidate requirement

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Experience in the same industry is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in networking, project management, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization, and execution for business growth.
  • Capability to adapt to the companys culture and effectively lead teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho CRM)
