Job Title: Sales Sourcing & Closing Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Sales Head / Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Sourcing & Closing Manager to lead the end-to-end sales cycle from sourcing leads to closing real estate deals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the real estate market, strong networking and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

  • Identify and develop new leads through field activities, broker/channel partner networks, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of potential buyers and investors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with property consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor offerings and pricing trends.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and real estate expos to generate leads.

Sales & Closing:

  • Understand client needs and present relevant property options.
  • Conduct site visits and property showings.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring win-win closures.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and documentation teams to facilitate smooth sales closures.
  • Maintain post-sales follow-up to ensure timely agreement signing and payment milestones.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven ability in both sourcing and deal closure.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value property transactions confidently.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulatory norms.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Candidates from Real Estate industry will be preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong market knowledge and networking within the real estate sector.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi) are a plus.
