Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative.

• Identify and generate potential leads in domestic markets
• Conduct field visits to understand the market landscape, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
• Develop a strong product understanding and communicate product value to customers
• Build long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients to establish trust and brand presence
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and lead-generation teams to share market insights and trends
• Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and price negotiations
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain structured reporting of visits, inquiries, and conversions
• Support promotional activities, events, and exhibitions as required.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience

  ( including internships) in offline marketing, field promotions, event management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills on English & Hindi (other reagional language is a plus)
• Comfortable with interacting with distributors, clients and end users in industrial environment.
• Willing to travel for client visits, field activation and exhibitions.
• Working knowlege of MS Excel, Word and Power Point for reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
