Role Overview: We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can handle the complete sales process from the office — from handling inquiries and follow-ups to converting leads into confirmed orders. The role is focused on communication, negotiation, and closing deals — no field visits required . Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming inquiries from ads, social media, and referrals. Explain machine details, pricing, and offers to potential customers. Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Prepare quotations and send product details as needed. Convert leads into sales and maintain strong customer relationships. Keep proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for confirmed orders. Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management. Requirements: 5 years of experience in tele sales or B2B industrial product sales . Excellent communication and convincing skills. Confident, target-oriented, and disciplined. Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills (Excel, CRM preferred). Education: Graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities Handle VKM-specific leads from IndiaMART, Trade India, YouTube (9837143745), Meta Ads, and AJIO. Convert inbound leads into sales for VKM product line: Fly Ash Brick Machines Batching Plants RM-800 And other heavy machinery Conduct product demos, Zoom meetings, and follow-ups with prospects. Achieve the monthly VKM sales targets Maintain proper documentation, visit logs, and CRM updates. Coordinate internally with the marketing and operations team for smooth order processing. Represent VKM professionally during field visits and client meetings. Requirements Proven experience in sales (machinery/construction domain preferred). Ability to manage high-ticket leads and negotiate confidently. Strong follow-up discipline and closing skills. Comfortable with field visits, online meetings, and client handling. Basic working knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM, and video meetings. Daily / Weekly Expectations Minimum 6 visits monthly + essential Zoom meetings. Minimum 2 hours daily calling for lead engagement. Timely task updates and full adherence to VKM’s performance scorecard. Compensation & Incentives Attractive base salary. 1.5% commission on every sales.
