Graduate or Post-graduate degree in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
2-6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques like Time Series, Regression, Segmentation, Clustering, Market Mix, Machine Learning, AI.
Attention to detail and openness to learning new technologies and statistical techniques.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics.
Ability to coordinate with different teams to gather required information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present results to senior stakeholders.
Good understanding of the US Retirement Industry.
Self-motivation, excellent accountability, and ownership skills.
Excellent team player.
