Noxuz is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Calicut team. The BDE will be responsible for driving gym membership sales, lead generation, member onboarding, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role includes outreach, tours of the facility, cross-selling add-on services, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert them into memberships — via walk-ins, website/social-media enquiries, referrals, local networking, cold/outbound calls.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members; showcase gym amenities, membership plans, wellness/personal-training packages, and membership benefits.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly membership sales targets; upsell and cross-sell additional services (personal training, wellness/rehab, group-fitness, premium memberships).
- Manage lead pipeline — track follow-ups, conversions, renewals, cancellations, member feedback. Prepare sales and membership reports for management.
- Maintain relationships with existing members, ensuring satisfaction, retention, renewals, and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing/operations team to plan and promote membership drives, special offers, and events.
- Provide excellent customer service — handle enquiries, answer questions about services/plans, and maintain the gym’s premium brand experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development or customer service — ideally in gym / fitness / wellness / hospitality sector. Freshers with excellent communication & sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Malayalam (local language) and good proficiency in English preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills — ability to build rapport, persuade, negotiate, and close deals. Target-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer skills — familiarity with MS Office / spreadsheets / CRM tools for member-data and sales tracking.
- Customer-centric mindset, professional demeanor, and ability to present gym services/benefits in a persuasive and transparent manner.
- Passion for fitness, wellness and healthy lifestyle is a plus. Knowledge about gym environment and basic fitness services will be helpful.

- Fixed base salary + performance-based incentives/commission on membership sales.
