Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, market research, and networking.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline with SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities for software development, SaaS products, AI tools, and digital transformation services.

2. Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering

  • Understand client pain points and propose relevant software solutions.
  • Conduct requirement discussions, brief technical team, and prepare proposals.
  • Present features, benefits, and ROI of the offered software solutions.

3. Sales Demos & Presentations

  • Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for clients.
  • Explain technical concepts in simple, clear, non-technical language.
  • Tailor demos and presentations based on client needs.

4. Sales Closure & Negotiation

  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing structures.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and project kick-off.

5. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services like mobile apps, AI tools, automation systems, CRM, and enterprise software.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in software sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales, or tech consulting.
  • Ability to understand software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to achieve targets and work under minimal supervision.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience selling mobile apps, AI solutions, chatbots, automation tools, or cloud products.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C digital products.
  • Existing network with businesses, founders, or CTOs.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,734.33 - ₹32,868.45 per month
