Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

• Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
• Generate and qualify leads using cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients.

2. Product Presentation and Demonstration

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations or presentations (in person or online).
• Customize presentations to meet customer needs.

3. Sales and Negotiation

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
• Close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally.

5. Market Research and Feedback

• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market gaps.
• Suggest improvements to products or services based on customer feedback.

6. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and revenue.

7. Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Support team goals and share best practices.
