Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals. Generate and qualify leads using cold calls, emails, and social media. Maintain a database of prospective clients. 2. Product Presentation and Demonstration Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Conduct product demonstrations or presentations (in person or online). Customize presentations to meet customer needs. 3. Sales and Negotiation Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally. 5. Market Research and Feedback Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market gaps. Suggest improvements to products or services based on customer feedback. 6. Reporting and Documentation Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and revenue. 7. Collaboration Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Support team goals and share best practices.
