What You'll Do:

Build relationships with Canadian trucking company owners through strategic outbound calling (primarily Punjabi-speaking market)

Conduct needs assessments to understand business financing requirements and growth goals

Manage prospect pipeline in CRM system through consultative engagement, not high-pressure tactics

Work Canadian business hours: 6:30PM-2:30AM IST (Monday-Friday)

Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Focus on quality interactions over call volume - this is relationship building, not a call center

Ideal Candidate:

Native Punjabi speaker with excellent English business communication

2+ years B2B sales experience using consultative methodology (North American market experience highly valued)

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Professional home office setup for client calls

Track record of building lasting business relationships through strategic needs analysis

Comfortable with relationship-nurturing sales cycles vs. transactional selling

Experience in the North American trucking industry is highly valued.

Compensation:

Base: 25,000/month starting (3 lacs annually)

Growth: Scale to 50,000/month (6 lacs annually) within 12 months based on client portfolio expansion

Commissions: Uncapped structure starting post-probation, target 10,000+ monthly additional earnings

Total earning potential: 7.2+ lacs annually for strong performers
