Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential customers (leads) through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. Product Knowledge: Developing an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting how the offerings can meet their specific needs. Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiating terms, handling objections, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress, and providing regular reports to management. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer needs. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
