Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at M/S AR Electricals & Automation System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our industrial automation products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial automation sector.
• Present and demonstrate our product portfolio, including PLCs, Drives, HMIs, Routers, Gateways, IoT products, and Encoders, to potential customers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored automation solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product advancements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless product implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, electrical, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation products such as PLCs, Drives, HMIs, Routers, Gateways, IoT products, or Encoders is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
