The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the international B2B market. The ideal candidate will assist in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating across departments to drive business growth in Uganda. Responsibilities Assist in acquiring new clients and building strong, long-term relationships while maintaining existing ones. Familiarize with the company’s vision and mission, striving to achieve set market goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop business strategies, pitches, and implement growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Develop and execute sales strategies, client service and retention plans; analyze sales data to refine marketing strategies. Draft business plans, reference materials, and related documents as required. Identify new business opportunities and partners across various industrial domains, including fabrication and fire fighting. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and engage effectively with all levels of management, staff, and clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar role preferred. Industrial exposure in sectors such as fabrication, fire fighting, etc., is a must. Strong organizational and project management skills. Friendly, personable demeanor with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and report to managers. Local Ugandan national with mandatory English proficiency.
