Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer needs. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
