Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential sales candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers, salary, and joining dates with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and submit daily/weekly hiring reports.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Partner with sales managers to understand role expectations and performance metrics.

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably sales or volume hiring.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
