Job Description

As the Sales Quality Manager for SKF's Automotive Business, your role will be crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality across sales, application engineering, and customer service functions. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the sales scope, conducting regular audits, and coordinating internal and external audits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement QMS for related scope (Sales/Application Engineering/Customer Service) - Conduct regular audits to ensure sales processes align with organizational standards - Coordinate/Support Internal (QT13) and LRQA audit - Coordinate/Support customer audit (PPAP/Complaint/Process sign off/Run at Rate) - Train/coach for related scope (QMS/Quality Technics/Tools etc.), including e-learning - Report Customer Satisfaction/customer scorecard - Support risk assessments (at Automotive level, in ETO projects) - Support to ensure proper handling of Management of Changes (Customer Communication and Requirements - PPAP, DVP) - Drive and monitor Cost of non-Quality process for Sales to achieve the target - Drive Customer Quality escalations with factories or other related areas **Requirements:** - Quality Assurance and Management knowledge, including ISO standards, Six Sigma, etc. - Quality certified auditor - Leadership and Team Management skills to inspire and lead sales teams towards achieving targets - Strong Communication and Negotiation abilities to connect with clients and teams - Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to identify challenges and implement solutions - Quality Control and Process Improvement expertise to ensure adherence to sales standards - Customer-Centric Approach focusing on meeting customer needs while maintaining quality standards - Analytical and Reporting Skills You will thrive in this role if you possess leadership qualities, are proactive, self-motivated, an excellent communicator, adaptable, resilient, and customer-centric.
