As a Sales Quality Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and improving all Sales Quality parameters including PSI, PSF, CEM, Test Drive Experience, and Vehicle Delivery Standards. Your role will involve ensuring strict adherence to Volkswagen sales processes, conducting regular audits, training the sales team, and driving dealership performance improvement. You will work closely with management to enhance customer satisfaction, response rate, lead conversion, and brand experience. Additionally, you will support data reporting, root cause analysis, and action planning for continuous quality enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, analyse, and improve Sales Quality parameters such as PSI, PSF, CEM, Test Drive Experience, and Vehicle Delivery Standards - Ensure strict adherence to Volkswagen sales processes - Conduct regular audits and provide feedback for improvement - Train the sales team on quality standards and best practices - Drive dealership performance improvement through strategic initiatives - Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction, response rate, lead conversion, and brand experience - Support data reporting, root cause analysis, and action planning for continuous quality enhancement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in sales quality management within the automotive industry - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement Please note that this is a permanent position with the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Food provided - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid time off - Provident Fund If you decide to join our team, your work location will be in person.,
