Role & responsibilities Ensure implementation of Delivery Process Conduct proper review and audit of all retail files Follow up on customer feedback post delivery and enquiry validations Daily follow ups and update any customer complaints to ensure the SSI is maintained as per dealership norms. Visit customer place incase of any complaints. Facilitate to ensure all Sales conusltants have completed online training in timely manner. Share all daily reports, MIS and online follow ups as required. Ensure Customer gives good rating for post delivery feedback and capture the same through emails and video recordings. Facilitate and conduct demo sessions and trainings along with Sales Managers Preferred candidate profile Excellent Communication skills Should be comfortable talking to customers Strong Analytical skills Should be comfortable using MS Excel Automobile experience would be an added advantage
Role & responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
