Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings.
Ensures that new-vehicle salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Preferred candidate profile

Successful previous experience as sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
12-15 years of experience in managing sales in automobile industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb leadership ability.
Any Graduates/Post Graduate/ Diploma in Automobile
