Job Description

You'll be responsible for keeping our sales process running smoothly.
It involves coordinating with clients to make sure they're happy, working closely with our internal sales team, and generally keeping things organized so managers can hit there sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong English speaking skills & Excel skills to keep track of everything and be skilled at writing clear and professional emails.
Candidates should also feel comfortable talking to clients on the phone or through email to answer their questions and keep them informed.
You'll be working closely with the sales manager to make sure things go smoothly.
Your daily tasks will include tracking orders from inquiry to delivery, updating customers on their order status by email and phone, and addressing any questions they have about their orders or delivery times.
Textile experience is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
