Sales & Quality Associate

✨ Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads for solar maintenance projects (B2B & B2C) via calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build strong relationships to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service pitches.

Client Relationship Management

• Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and service support.

Quality Control & Service Supervision

• Oversee vendor-provided cleaning and maintenance services to meet Oneearth Solar standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare quality reports.

Impact & Data Analysis

• Collect and analyze performance data from solar plants.
• Prepare impact reports showing how services boost plant efficiency and profitability.
• Share improvement insights with the operations team.

🔍 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, client servicing, or quality management (renewable energy preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
