Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and reaching out to potential customers, attending sales meetings, and conducting market research. The role is based in Surat, with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. Daily tasks include tracking sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and market research
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret sales reports
• Skills in developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the stainless steel industry is a plus
