About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Sales Operations & Team Performance Lead to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our field sales team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising 15–20 sales professionals, driving daily market engagement, and ensuring seamless tracking and reporting of all field operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and committed to long-term professional growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of a 15–20 member sales team
• Oversee and validate daily field activities using GPS tracking and photographic reports via mobile applications
• Provide daily phone support to address field queries and guide team members effectively
• Prepare and review brand-wise and salesperson-wise visit and sales reports
• Maintain an up-to-date dealer database organized by salesperson
• Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics to ensure targets are met
• Collaborate with the team to swiftly resolve on-ground challenges
• Ensure consistent follow-up on product availability and market presence

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in sales team leadership or field operations management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone-based coordination skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, tracking tools, and performance reporting
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach

Work Schedule

• Male Candidates: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Female Candidates: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
