Sales Operations Specialist

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Accenture, your role involves ensuring reporting accuracy and generating insights from PBI BI tools. You will be responsible for performing sales trend and pipeline analysis, coordinating with sales managers for insights, and maintaining data quality and governance in MDM systems. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure reporting accuracy and generate insights from PBI BI tools - Perform sales trend and pipeline analysis - Coordinate with sales managers for insights - Maintain data quality and governance in MDM systems In addition, you will manage a team of agents providing sales support and reporting services processes to generate insights and effective campaign management. You will also lead enablement strategy, compliance frameworks, and remuneration governance for sales managers, as well as equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity. Qualifications Required: - Strong Excel and Power BI skills - Campaign management and Compliance tracking experience - Analytical mindset for interpreting sales trends - Communication skills for presenting insights - Stakeholder management with managers and teams - Exposure to ERP tools like SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce With 7 to 11 years of experience in sales operations, order management, contract management, or billing, you should possess strong system knowledge (CRM, ERP, BI) and team coordination exposure. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be required to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, understand the strategic direction set by senior management, and interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Guidance will be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments, and decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside. You may manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture, and note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
