Sales Operations Specialist

As an Operations Executive, your role will involve handling daily operations calls and addressing queries from clients, brands, and internal teams. You will be responsible for coordinating and connecting with brands to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks. Additionally, you will manage onboarding, briefing, and follow-ups with brands for ongoing and upcoming projects. It will be crucial for you to maintain operational trackers, reports, and documentation, as well as to resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when needed. Supporting cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and ensuring timely delivery of tasks while maintaining quality standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily operations calls and address queries from clients, brands, and internal teams - Coordinate and connect with brands to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks - Manage onboarding, briefing, and follow-ups with brands for ongoing and upcoming projects - Maintain operational trackers, reports, and documentation - Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when needed - Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow - Ensure timely delivery of tasks while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to multitask and manage deadlines - Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational tools - Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail - Must have a working laptop Please note that the work schedule for this position is from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and on Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Sundays are off, and the salary range for this role is between 15,000 to 20,000 per month.,
