• Lead sales initiatives to acquire and manage corporate, healthcare, and wellness partnerships.
• Oversee operations for wellness programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams across nutrition, fitness, Ayurveda, and mental health.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
• Support the development of new business opportunities and wellness initiatives.
  

• 3–6 years of experience in 

  sales, business development, or operations

   (wellness/healthcare sector experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using reporting tools and data for decision-making.
