Target-Driven Sales Professionals

As a Target-Driven Sales Professional at CtrlAltHeal Sparsh in Hyderabad, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering tangible results through collaborations, corporate tie-ups, client footfall, wellness bookings, and retreat partnerships. We are currently looking to hire two Sales Executives, one for field-based B2B & Institutional Tie-ups and the other for In-House Sales at Sparsh Resort for client conversions and on-site partnerships. We are seeking individuals with proven experience in target-based sales, preferably in wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or similar sectors. You should have relentless energy to meet and exceed sales targets monthly, possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, and be comfortable with both B2B collaborations and individual client pitching. A self-motivated and outcome-oriented personality is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include actively seeking and closing collaborations with wellness coaches, corporates, therapists, and retreat organizers, driving residential and therapy package bookings, and representing CtrlAltHeal Sparsh as the premier destination for integrative healing. If you are applying for the in-house role, you will also be expected to handle leads efficiently and convert walk-ins or visits into confirmed bookings.
