CtrlAltHeal – India's integrative wellness platform – is looking for a Community Wellness Manager to turn online engagement into real-life healing . 🌟 What You’ll Do Build & Manage an online community of wellness seekers, patients, and enthusiasts across WhatsApp, Telegram, and social platforms. Educate & Engage : Share valuable content, wellness tips, success stories, and personalized advice that resonates with potential clients. Convert Interest into Action : Guide community members to book consultations, sign up for wellness programs, or experience therapies at CtrlAltHeal’s wellness centres or online. Sales-Driven : Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets with clear sales-based incentives. Personalized Outreach : Conduct 1-on-1 follow-ups, guide users to relevant offerings, and help them onboard onto CtrlAltHeal’s services. Collaborate with Experts : Work closely with Ayurveda doctors, yoga therapists, and dietitians to offer the right solutions to each lead. 👤 You Are: A Doctor (BAMS, BHMS, MBBS) , Dietitian , Nutritionist , or Certified Health Coach with strong communication and people skills. Naturally inclined to motivate people to take action for their health. Entrepreneurial in spirit and excited about performance-based rewards .
