Job Description

Role Overview:

Support our sales team by preparing quotes, updating Salesforce data, and submitting approval files across departments. You will be the internal anchor ensuring sales reps are productive, compliant, and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotes for sales reps and ensure pricing compliance
Maintain clean, current data in Salesforce
Submit approval files to Finance, Design, and Production
Track deal progress and support order coordination
Train sales reps on CRM usage and reporting
Generate internal sales performance reports and dashboards
Coordinate between sales and cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or Engineering
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Strong Excel, documentation, and multitasking skills
Prior experience in a similar role is a must
