Role Overview

BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D BIM models of polycarbonate roofing and faade systems
Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into Coxwell-specific panel layouts
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers for site-specific requirements
Maintain model accuracy, geometry, and technical detailing
Create and update families/components for Coxwells product library
Generate 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) from models
Ensure compliance with project specs, BOQs, and fabrication feasibility
Collaborate with the Design and Sales team for tender documents and technical submissions

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, or relevant field
Software:
Proficient in
Revit
, AutoCAD; knowledge of Navisworks, Rhino or SketchUp is a plus
Knowledge of faade systems, cladding, roofing, or modular architecture is preferred
Attention to detail and good understanding of material behavior (plastics, polycarbonate, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively with remote and on-site teams
