Role Overview

Seeking a Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven Professional to Support Field Operations, Compliance, Data Tracking, and Market Governance. The Role involves Close Coordination with Sales, Finance, IT, Service, Logistics and HR teams to ensure Smooth and Compliant Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Market Visit & Sales Process Adherence

1) Ensure Adherence to Market Visit Guidelines and Review Field Sales Teams PJP (Pre-Journey Plan).

2) Identify Operational Gaps during Field Visits and Support Corrective measures.

  • Infiltration Control (Domestic & International)

1) Track, Analyze, and Monitor Domestic and International Market Infiltration.

2) Escalate Deviations and Drive Preventive Actions.

  • Compliance & Partner Governance

1) Issue Show Cause Notices, Warning Letters & Separation/Termination communications to Channel Partners and Field Sales Teams.

2) Ensure Accurate Documentation and Follow-Ups as per Internal Compliance Frameworks.

  • Ticket & Query Resolution

1) Manage and Resolve Tickets raised by Channel Partners.

2) Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams for Timely Issue Resolution.

  • Handset Procurement & Reconciliation.

1) Procure Handsets from Online and Wholesale Markets as required.

2) Maintain Reconciliation of Purchased Units and Coordinate Reporting with the Finance/Accounts.

  • Data Tracking & Reporting

1) Track Tertiary Sales Data and Convert it into Actionable Insights.

2) Prepare and Share Dashboards with Management and Field Sales Teams on time.

  • Operational Efficiency & Gap Identification

1) Identify Gaps in Sales and Operational Processes and Recommend Improvements.

2) Support the Creation and Enhancement of Monitoring Tools and Frameworks.

Audits

3) Conduct Market Audits Covering Retailers and Channel Partners.

4) Internal Audits Related to Claims raised by the Sales Team and Other Departments.

Skills & Competencies:-

1) Strong Understanding of Field Sales Operations and Compliance Processes.

2) Knowledge of Channel Partner Governance & Infiltration Control.

3) Proficiency in Data Analysis and Dashboard/Report Management.

4) Excellent Communication, Coordination, and Follow-Up Skills.

5) Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, IT & HR teams.

6) Detail-Oriented with Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities.
