Sales Operations Analyst

We are seeking an entry-level sales operations analyst to join our team for successful processing of enquiry to qutoe. The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end enquiry to order received cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Responsibilities:

• Update & maintain CRM system with inputs from all sales people, capturing important

details like customer infor, specifications and so on

• Create and upload tender documents covering all commercial documentation, and manage

queries from customers through the portal

• Learn customer management – prepare and send negotiation emails, get extension for bid

submission, clarify commercial & technical terms independently

• Maintain a list of high value and important enquiries which must be processed on priority

• Performing administrative duties as assigned, which may include data entry and report

generation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in entry-level commercial roles such as analyst, data

entry, purchase/ supply chain, or sales operations

• Work Ethic: High commitment to learning and growing skillset, attention to detail

• Technical Proficiency: Logical reasoning & basic mathematical ability. English reading

comprehension & writing skills are critical.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both in a collaborative team

• Qualifications: BSc, BCom from Tier-1 National College OR B. Eng (circuit branch) from

Karnataka colleges

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
