Sales Operations Analyst

As a part of Varex Imaging, a leading innovator in X-ray imaging component solutions, you will play a crucial role in processing orders for materials, both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will include coordinating activities such as order entry, revision, and preparation of shipping documents. You will also liaise with internal teams for material scheduling and handle requests for additional company materials. Maintaining sales order records, product enhancements, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements for internal and external audits will be vital aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Process orders for materials for domestic and international requests - Coordinate various activities including order entry, revision, and preparation of shipping documents - Liaise with internal teams for material scheduling and handle requests for additional company materials - Maintain sales order records, product enhancements, and ensure SOX compliance - Maintain direct contact with customers before and after the sale - Support sales team in developing and maintaining positive customer relations - Work with Sales to ensure accurate forecasting and order coverage - Respond to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules - Recognize new business opportunities and recommend price changes based on relationships Qualifications Required: - Experience with SAP - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience - Proficient in business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience with SharePoint, Qlik, Salesforce, Esker, is helpful - Ability to problem solve and propose creative solutions - Strong oral and written communication skills - Good time management and organizational skills - Attention to details Working at Varex Imaging offers you a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing organization in India, affiliated with a global market leader in X-ray imaging components.
