Sales Operation

As a Sales Coordinator, your main responsibility will involve coordinating with the Sales team, internal departments, and customers to provide timely updates on the status of orders in process. You will be managing dispatch activities from various locations and ensuring that relevant details are shared with the sales team and customers. Additionally, you will need to follow up with the sales teams to ensure orders are ready for production. Another key aspect of your role will be to manage and plan installations of the products. This will involve updating various data in spreadsheets for reporting and analysis purposes. As the coordinator, you will be required to communicate effectively with Sales, Operations, Production, Finance, and Installation teams via phone and email. Key Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as sales support or coordination. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
