Job Summary

This role is responsible for the global execution and management of sales compensation activities and processes ensuring data quality and driving continuous improvement through automation and control mechanisms. The specialist will leverage data analysis to derive key insights and trends while building trusted relationships with business stakeholders and Sales Operations partners.
