Job Title: Sales Operations Manager Location: Noida Department: Sales Operations Reports To: Director of Sales Operations / VP of Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager with experience in a SaaS environment to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, optimize CRM systems, and drive data-driven sales strategies. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong project management skills to improve operational efficiency and support sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and deliver multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision. Maintain and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM , ensuring data integrity, workflow efficiency, and process compliance. Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and budgeting processes to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to align goals and strategies. Monitor and improve sales tracking systems to ensure reporting accuracy and performance insights. Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness. Engage with aligned operations teams and lines of business to address data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Develop and maintain sales analytics dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI , and Power Apps to support leadership decision-making. Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing innovative practices and tools. Enhance data quality assurance practices through QA testing, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data used for compensation and reporting. Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the accuracy of contact and account databases. Develop scalable methods for acquiring net-new contacts to grow and enrich the sales database. Required Skills & Qualifications: 47 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in project management , managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of sales processes and sales operations best practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros, VBA, pivot tables, v-lookups, h-lookups, and complex modeling). Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (including dynamic linking to Excel, embedded charts). Proficient in Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics CRM , SQL , Power BI , and Power Apps . Familiarity with MS Access and database query languages such as SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence cross-functional teams. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and adaptable, capable of working across different time zones as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in automation and scripting for sales reporting. Previous experience supporting global sales teams. Familiarity with data enrichment tools and methodologies.
