Role Snapshot

  • Lead, motivate & manage a high-performing sales team

  • Drive

    B2B & B2C sales

    across Bengaluru city

  • Achieve sales targets via

    field visits, demos & customer acquisition

  • Build strong relations with

    architects, builders, contractors & key accounts

  • Monitor sales pipelines,update

    CRM/ERP

    & ensure target achievement

  • Conduct regular reviews,training & performance development

  • Coordinate with

    operations,logistics & finance

    for seamless execution

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA / Diploma in

    Sales / Marketing

  • 715 years

    of proven sales experience

  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation & team leadership

    skills

  • Strong

    analytical & reporting ability

  • Willingness to travel extensively
